I was referred to Dr. Fauria by another podiatrist who informed me that my condition was "above his pay grade." He gave me several referrals but, when asked who he would go to if it was his foot, he said "Quinn." I did get a second opinion at another doctor nearby who I suspect is a great doctor but he wanted an MRI. When I asked if there was any medical value to the MRI or it was just to help make the lease payment on the machine both doctor 1 and Dr. Fauria said it was completely unnecessary. I just had my surgery last week but, so far, everything has gone well, the foot's still attached and there's no blood spewing out.
Dr. Ornekian is a great doctor! very gentle and patient. He explained everything in details and saved time for me to ask questions with a lot of patient and smile! He is knowledgeable about this area and provided very clear opinion about my treatment options, I'd highly recommend him to anyone!
Anyone considering bunion surgery please read this: I was recommended to Dr. Fauria by my best friend who had surgery with him 15 years ago and she is living pain free with beautiful, perfect feet still. I never even knew she had bunion surgery because she shows no scars and her feet are so adorable until she told me! She raved about him and I'm so glad I took her advice.
From the minute we opened the door, you could tell that this was a content office. The receptionist was so pleasant and helpful. Dr. O made my foot feel better immediately. He explained what was going on with my foot, and helped relieve the pain. I will be back, that's for sure.
